What you need is:

A tbsp of freshly grated ginger

5 tbsp of body lotion

A plastic wrap

Towel

Elastic bandage

How to prepare and use it:

First:
-soak the towel in warm water and squeeze the surplus water,

Second:
-wrap the towel around the area where you want to apply the compress and let it sit for 5 minutes to open up the pores

Third:
-remove the towel

Fourth
– mix and apply the ginger and the body lotion .

Fifth :
-use a plastic wrap to wrap the area several times and then place the elastic bandage over it

Sixths:
-let it compress for 6 hours.

For optimal results, apply before going to bed and remove it in the morning.

Note:
