Ginger tea and turmeric

All you need to do is to boil awater.

Then add a teaspoon of grated ginger and a teaspoon of grated turmeric .

Note:One third teaspoon of each spice is to be used, if they are in dry form.

Drink at least 3 times a week.

For the amazing trio recipe you need to cook a few  carrots in water until they are smooth.

Then add a few teaspoons of coconut oil, some salt and half a teaspoon of grated ginger and turmeric.
