Frothy Replacement For Your Coffee (Recipe)

Instead of your daily coffee today, try this dessert.

Ingredients (for about 8 small servings):

For the coffee:

  • 4 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 470 milliliters of water
  • 50 grams of brown sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 30 grams of gelatin

For the cream:

  • 470 grams whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons rum or brandy (optional)

How to make it:

In a prepared fresh coffee add the sugar, a pinch of salt and gelatin.

Allow the ingredients to soften, then stir until gelatin is thoroughly decomposed.

Place the dish in a refrigerator for 2 hours.

In another bowl first transfer the whipped cream, then pour the alcohol drink (optional), vanilla and another pinch of salt.

Stir until the cream does not form smooth tops.

Check back the coffee mixture and mix again until you get the color of espresso brown with a few brighter parts.

Then merge the two mixtures and mix.

Divide into different cups before serving and leave them one hour in the refrigerator to cool completely.
