Fat-Burning Coconut Cookies !

Here we are going to give you a recipe for fat-burning coconut cookies.

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 cups coconut flakes
  • ¼ cup sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup protein-powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/8 cup of water

How to make it:

When you start with preparing the paste turn the oven to  300 F.

Next ,chop up the seeds and mix them with the rest of the ingredients .

When you get a  homogeneous mixture with  a measuring cup make  the cookies with equal size.

Line them on a cookie tray .

Bake for 20 minutes.

Extra tips:

It’s better to use 2 cups of coconut shreds instead of sunflower seeds.

Make coconut whipped cream and munch.

This way you will be able to make homemade coconut cookies sandwich.
