After it’s prepped, the thin layers stretch out to make one, long continuous potato chip—genius!
Kids will love it!!!
Here’s how to make it:
With a sharp skewer, pierce the potato all the way through the middle.
Slice an angled slit at the top of the potato. Keep the knife in place and begin spinning the potato around to make a spirals .
Carefully pull the layers apart on the skewer.
Put the skewers on a baking sheet. Top with oil and your favorite spices to add some flavor.
Bake at 320 degrees for 25 minutes, make it crispy.
